'Dough Maestro's Oven' originated from a vision: introducing genuine Neapolitan pizzas to London. The Bianchi kin founded our eatery in 1985, a quaint, familial venture with time-honored recipes passed down for generations.
During her journeys across Italy, 'Marco Bianchi', our progenitor, mastered pizza-making from maestros in Naples, the cradle of pizza. After her UK return, she aimed to reproduce the Genuine Italian pizza essence, employing classical techniques and top-tier components.
Our once small 12-seat pizza shop has flourished into a cherished community cornerstone, yet our devotion to craftsmanship and genuineness stands firm. Utilizing original wood-fired ovens, preparing fresh dough each day, and opting for supreme quality ingredients remain our practice.
Maintaining its family-guided roots, 'Dough Maestro's Oven' is directed by the succeeding Bianchi generation, while keeping the ethos of our establishment intact: crafting scrumptious, authentic pizza that unites people.
